Skin Journey Terms & Conditions By purchasing a Dermal Skin Co Skin Journey, you agree to the following: - Programs are non-transferable and may only be used by the person they were purchased for. - The $395 Discovery Bundle payment is required upfront and is non-refundable once the consultation, products or treatment have been provided. - Home care products are individually selected for your skin. - Once supplied, products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. -Where a payment plan is selected, the remaining program balance will be divided into 12 weekly payments. By commencing a payment plan, you are committing to the full cost of your selected program. -Treatment plans are personalised. Your clinician may recommend changing the order or type of treatments within your program where clinically appropriate. Any difference in value will be discussed with you before changes are made. -All treatments are subject to consultation, suitability and contraindications. If a particular treatment is not suitable, an appropriate alternative may be recommended. -Programs must be completed within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with Dermal Skin Co. - Dermal Skin Co's standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all appointments booked as part of the program. - Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited or a cancellation fee being charged. - Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, memberships or offers unless otherwise stated. - Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. - Following the recommended treatment schedule and prescribed home care is important for achieving the best possible outcome. - If you choose to discontinue your program after treatments/products have commenced, any refund or outstanding balance will be calculated in accordance with the services/products already supplied and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
